All bookings must be made in advance through our online platform or at the reception desk. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Facility Rules

All users must follow the specific rules of each facility. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Liability

Pothihai Foundations is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during your visit. Users participate in all activities at their own risk.
